If you've received an invitation to register for Patients Know Best (PKB) but your invite or access codes have expired, you can still register and access your PKB record.
Invite and access codes are valid for 10 weeks from the date they were issued. Once they have expired, they can no longer be used to register.
For patients in England, the quickest and easiest option is to register using NHS Login. You do not need a new invitation or new registration codes to register this way.

Select NHS Login and follow the instructions to verify your identity and register for PKB.
