If you have not been able to reset your password by answering the security questions created when registering for your patient record, you will need a special link to be emailed to you which will allow you to create new security credentials.

Unfortunately, Patients Know Best support staff aren’t able to generate password reset links. To save time, we recommend using the phone numbers or email addresses provided below.

Please note that in order for your NHS Trust to reset your password, they may need to verify your identity. This is for your security and ensures that only you are able to access your medical information. The team will give you more details on the full process.
